It is disheartening to note that,your page do not give any information about the existence of the GREAT EMPIRE known as ``The VIJAYANAGAR EMPIRE".The kings of the Vijayanagar Empire ruled southern part of India for over three hundred years.The present thron of the Maharaja of Mysore is originally belonged to the kingdom of Vijayanagar.
