Satapathy was born on 16 March in the year 1975 in Jharsuguda, a Small town in the state of Odisha. He was born to a Lower middle-class Family to Shri Krushna Chandra Satapathy (Father) and his wife Basanti Satapathy (Mother). He got his early education from J.L High School, Adhapara, Odisha. Then, he went to Biju Patnaik University Of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Odisha.
