editA veteran Five Star Hotel Singer and a Recording Artist of Bicol hit Song "Sa Gitna Nin Kasakitan[1]", composed and produced by Domingo Zafe has hit the entire Bicol Region with its unique story in the song. This song narrates the acceptance and letting go of someone you love.
Marilou Ruiz aka Andrea Montero is the longest-running advertiser Of Bicol Star TV[2] Virac, Catanduanes.
She started singing at 8 years old. Her first singing career started at The Manila Peninsula Hotel Makati. She became a regular solo performer for several consecutive years with The Las Guitaras Band featuring Bossa Nova and Classic Songs.
A regular performer of Metropolitan Club Makati[3]. She guested at Shangri La Plaza Hotel several times for exclusive shows and invitations.
After singing at five-star hotels she shifted to being a Sexy Singing Comedienne. She sang for consecutive 17 years as freelancer artist. As a singer, she was highly recognized as the funniest to perform on stage all over the country. She has been lined up now for a number of shows abroad.
Andrea Montero is currently working as Head Of Marketing of a full-service consulting firm in BFB California.
