Bankoman Senior High School is a public secondary school located in Sekyere East District of Ashanti Region in Ghana.[1][2] The school has a 12-unit classroom block as of 2020. The school is situated on a 90-acre land in Banko.[3] The school was initially founded as a community day school in 2004, but it is currently offering boarding opportunities. The school's motto is, "Knowledge is Light". Bankoman Senior High School offers Business, Agriculture, Home Economics, Visual Arts and General Arts courses. The mission of the school is to effectively utilize the limited resources available to teaching and non teaching staff. The vision of the school is to be one of the best schools par excellence and promoting holistic education. It collapsed on three occasions until 2012. In 2012 it was absorbed into the public system.
