Erragheb Hormatollah is a Moroccan politician, currently President of the Municipal Council of Dakhla, a city located in southern Morocco. Hormatollah is a state engineer in IT development and project management. His technical expertise has led him to participate in various local development projects, including the “Dakhla.net” project, which aims to digitalize the city’s services. Under his leadership, the Dakhla Municipal Council has committed to improving the living conditions of citizens and making Dakhla an economic, ecological and tourist hub.
