Globe Teleservices Pte. Ltd. (GTS) is a Singapore-based telecommunications solutions provider, serving Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), regulators, and enterprises worldwide. Founded in February 2012, GTS has presence across Asia, Europe, North America, and Europe, employing approximately 300 people.

History

Globe Teleservices was founded in February 2012 as a provider of international voice and SMS services for MNOs, regulators, and enterprises. The company expanded its portfolio through key acquisitions, including UTS Global (2016) and FinBraine (2017), offering testing, robotic process automation, and financial solutions

By 2021-2022, GTS secured strategic investments in EYWAMEDIA, a customer experiences technology company], and VSPAGY, a personalized video solution provider. Additionally, GTS Techlabs was formed in 2022, offering firewall and country gateway solution. Also in 2022, it started a dedicated enterprise solutions unit CERF ^[1].

Services

Globe Teleservices began as an aggregator, providing MNOs with international voice and A2P SMS services. Over time, the company expanded its offerings to include firewall ^[2], CPaaS, and consent management solutions. In 2022, it launched its Flash Call blocking solution as a part of its firewall services. By 2023, GTS launched its Cloud Connect solution, which offers Local Number Service, and Mobile Local Number Service. It also ventured into the fintech space with FinBraine, delivering digital lending and e-KYC solutions for enterprises.
