KornerMart (also styled Korner Mart) is an American chain of convenience stores and filling stations based in St. George, Utah. The company operates locations in southern Utah under the KornerMart name and under fuel brands including Chevron, Texaco, and Sinclair.[1][2]
It is not related to the former Korner Mart convenience stores in Albert Lea, Minnesota, which were operated by Kraus Foods.[3]
History
[edit]KornerMart is a privately held, family-owned company headquartered in St. George.[1] The legal entity behind the business is KornerMart LLC.[4]
Independent coverage of the company's founding, ownership, and expansion is limited. A company LinkedIn profile lists a founding year of 2005, but that claim has not been confirmed by a newspaper or other independent reliable source.[5]
Operations
[edit]As of 2026, KornerMart listed twelve stores in five Utah communities: St. George, Hurricane, Cedar City, Helper, and Apple Valley.[1] Stores sell gasoline and diesel and operate as neighborhood convenience stores. Some locations are open 24 hours.[1]
Individual stations are also listed on consumer fuel-price services. A February 2025 report by St. George radio station KDXU included the Korner Mart at 795 East 700 South in St. George among the lowest-priced stations in Washington County that week.[2]
The company has announced a planned loyalty program, KM Rewards, and a fleet-fuel offering, KM Fleet.[1]
