He is the founder and CEO of Little Monster Inc., a business development firm focused on international expansion, and the founder and chairman of the Pursue Your Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to coaching and training small business owners and international students.

editLeo Sakai was born in the United States in the 1980s. He pursued higher education at Washington College in Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance.

editBanking Sakai began his professional career in the banking industry in 2001 with Commerce Bank in New York City. As an Assistant Branch Manager and Management Development Associate (MDA), he participated in a comprehensive two-year rotational program, gaining experience across various banking functions.
In 2004, Sakai joined Bank of America as a Senior Business Banker and Vice President in New York.
