The Majri-Mudkhed is a railway line connecting Majri Junction and Mudkhed Junction. It is administered by Central Railway and South Central Railway.

The line starts at Majri in Chandrapur district, Maharashtra and ends at Mudkhed in Nanded district, Maharashtra passing through the part of Telangana. Adilabad is major railway station lies on this section. Wani, Kinwat and Himayatnagar is another railway stations is on this line.

The Majri-Mudkhed line is connecting between to Nagpur-Secunderabad line of Delhi-Chennai line at Majri and Secunderabad-Manmad line at Mudkhed.
