History
editMatha Senior Secondary School was founded in 1979 by His Excellency Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Julios, then Bishop of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Eparchy of Muvattupuzha. The school initially began as a Kindergarten under the initiative of Late Rev. Fr. Stanislaus Kakkanat (1937–2014)[1], with approval from the Late Bishop Isaac Mar Youhanon. Over time, the school expanded to include higher classes and became a Senior Secondary School under the CBSE board.[2]
