In 1984, Zeiders founded Zeiders Enterprises, Inc., with a focus on improving the quality of life for military communities through counseling, support services, and resiliency programs. The company, under Zeiders' leadership, has grown into a significant provider of such services and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024.[1]

Zeiders has been recognized for his leadership in veteran support, being named the Veteran Champion of the Year in Corporate America by Military Friendly® in 2024.[2] His experience extends beyond corporate leadership into authorship, with the book "Entrepreneurship, The Art of Succeeding in Business", detailing his approaches to business planning.[3]

Philanthropy

Zeiders is actively involved in community and charitable organizations. He serves as a trustee for the Zeiders Family Charitable Foundation, an organization that funds a variety of programs supporting military and community needs.[4] He is also the chairman of the Zeiders American Dream Theater, located in Virginia Beach, which focuses on promoting the arts and community engagement.
