Mitendra Darshan Singh (born 10 September 1990) is an Indian politician and spiritual and motivational speaker. He is President of the Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress. Before becoming the president of the Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress, he served as the National Coordinator of the Indian Youth Congress and as the District Working President of Gwalior City in the Indian Youth Congress.
Early life
editMitendra Singh was born on 10 September 1990 in gwalior to Dr. Darshan Singh and Kishori Devi. He studied at the Scindia School and the University of Delhi. He completed his Master's degree from York University in London.
Political career
editIn a protest against demonetization in Jan Akrosh Rally in November 2016 his father district president of Indian National Congress died of a sudden heart attack[1].After the death of his father Mitendra Singh had to join politics to continue the legacy of his family.He joined Indian National Congress[2] & started working in its youth wing Indian Youth Congress. Being National Secretary in Indian Youth Congress he is in-charge of Uttar Pradesh Central with the functional role of disaster management.[3] He is also District working president of Indian Youth Congress in Gwalior.
Modeling
editHe won the title of Rubaru Mister India in 2017. Same year he participated in Mister United Continents held in Philippines and won the title of Mr Fiero being the first runner up in the competition.[4]
