Muneshwar Prasad Singh (29 November 1921-05 November 2013), was an Indian Freedom Fighter and a politician. He was a part of the revolutionary faction of freedom fighters who was sentenced to be hanged till death, but was later converted into life imprisonment. Being the part of the socialist movement, he joined politics and was elected as the Member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from his home constituency Mahnar Assembly constituency for 6 terms, in 1962, 1967, 1969, 1972, 1977 and 1990. He also served as the Minister of Power and Irrigation Department in the Bihar Government under the chief ministership of Ram Sundar Das
