He was started his Musical journey at the age of Six under the GURU Pandit MONOJ SHANKAR of MAIHAR GHARANA - to pursue music as a hobby. Tabla Legend Padma Vibhushan Pandit Kishen Maharaj acknowledged his virtuosity by accompanying him in a historic concert in Kolkata in 2006.
Bose was invited by the Government of India to lead a cultural delegation to represent the country in the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Independence in Africa.
