Prakhar Garg (born 16 June 1993) is an Yoga Teacher and Mechanical Engineer. He is the founder of Yoga With Prakhar from 2021 to present.

Early life and education

Prakhar was born on June 16, 1993, in Dholpur, Rajasthan, India, to Meena and Keshav Garg. He has an elder Brother, Piyush Garg and an elder sister, Priyanka jain. His father is the owner of a cloth shop in Dholpur. Prakhar pursued Mechanical engineering and graduated from the Rajasthan Technical University.

Prakhar was Maths Teacher after graduation. He had a passion for yoga, which led him to enroll at the Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Center. During his yoga studies, he discovered a love for yoga videos on YouTube, inspiring him to create Ayurveda content, which he initially shared on Facebook and Instagram.

Career

(2011-2015): Mechanical Engineering.
In 2017 : Qualified Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering
In 2018 : Started working as a Maths Teacher
In 2019 : Yoga teacher training from Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Center.
In 2020 : Qalified YCB Level 3 Exam
In 2021 : Started his own yoga studio "Yoga With Prakhar".
(2021-2023) : Master of Arts in yoga

By the end of 2023, his Instagram page had amassed over 100K Followers. Prakhar Garg became one of India's fastest-growing content creator.
