QC Terme is a spa and thermal therapy company in the wellness tourism and health sectors. It has 12 thermal centers and 6 hotels, with locations in Italy, France, and New York.[1]

History

edit

QC Terme was founded in 1982 by two brothers, Saverio and Andrea Quadrio Curzio. [2]

The name QC Terme was chosen to pay homage to the founding family, in fact the acronym QC is formed by the initials of the double surname of the family, Quadrio Curzio. [2]

History plays a crucial role in the success of QC Terme, whose business draws inspiration from the Roman imperial baths. In those places, people from different social backgrounds met to discuss and socialize. For centuries, water has been seen as a fundamental element for physical well-being, encapsulated in the motto "salus per aquam", from which the acronym "spa" derives, still used today for centers dedicated to relaxation and personal care.[2]

Spa & Wellness Centers

edit

QC Terme centers include a range of wellness treatments, including hydro- massage, saunas, Turkish baths, foot baths, waterfalls, showers, and massage services.[1]

Wellness Hotels

edit

QC Terme Wellness Hotels are a luxurious chain of accommodation facilities owned by the company QC Terme. All these hotels have a "Wellness" specialization, meaning that wellness treatments are provided to the guests.[3]
