Robert (Bob) Schnur is an American attorney and adjunct professor of law at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Education and Career

Schnur received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1960. In 1963, he received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.[1] Schnur is Of-Counsel to Michael Best & Friedrich, LLP, a Milwaukee-based law firm.[2] Schnur also currently serves as an adjunct professor, teaching tax subjects at the University of Wisconsin Law School. [2] He has been an adjunct professor at Wisconsin since 2012; he previously held the same position from 1998-2005.[1] From 2006-2012, he was a Visiting Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at Cornell Law School.[2]

Schnur is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. He was chairman of the Wisconsin Tax Bar News between 1984 and 1990 and chairman of the Taxation Section between 1986 and 1988.[1]
