Is this really a consistent protracted war, or is it just sporadic military expeditions?
editI'm unconvinced this was a singular near-100 year conflict. All sources are in Russian, are there Chinese or English historian sources?
There were expeditions after Qing conquests of the Ili Valley and Tarim Basin, but do these all equate to a single protracted conflict waged by the Qing state against the Kyrgyz?

- I am also unconvinced there was such a consistent war. I tried to search for "Kyrgyz–Qing War" and "Qing-Kyrgyz War" in Google Scholars but did not find any results. Not to mention that User:Bekirozturkgagauz, the user who created this article was blocked indefinitely since then. It is highly doubtful indeed. Another reminder for logging in though. --Wengier (talk) 04:54, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
- The sources used also do not mention Chinese Invasions/Battles, only Russian battles and conflicts. ACR503 (talk) 18:47, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
