Jarosz is a Polish surname as well as a Polish word for "a person who does not eat meat"[1] (i.e. a vegetarian). However, this does not mean that people with the surname Jarosz are necessarily vegetarian.
Jarosz is similar to Jain (surname) in India which also has a double meaning of Jain vegetarianism.
