Lebron worked as a cashier at Mariano's in Illinois prior to becoming a viral sensation on the social media platform TikTok in 2024.[1][2] She posts make-up tutorial videos and posts content of her Bratz doll collection.[3] In May 2023, she partnered with Patrick Starrr on a beauty campaign.[3]

Lebron's 17-second video titled How to be demure at work, posted on August 2, 2024, went viral and amassed over seven million views.[1][2] Another video, featuring Lebron giving tips on how to be "demure" and "respectful" in the workplace, amassed over thirty-four million views.[2] Celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Rodrigo, RuPaul, Joe Jonas and Penn Badgley have made social media videos using the audio bits from Lebron's original videos.[4] Companies, agencies, and brands including NASA have also used the phrase in their online marketing and social media posts.[5] Shortly after releasing the videos, Lebron's TikTok following grew to over one million.[3] As of August 25, 2024, her following grew to two million people.[6]

On August 19, 2024, Lebron made an appearance as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.[2][7]

On August 23, 2024, TMZ reported that a man from Washington filed to trademark Lebron's catchphrase "very demure, very mindful" with the intention to use it for marketing, promotion, and advertising.[8]

Personal life

Lebron is a trans woman and is of Puerto Rican heritage.[2] She lives in Chicago.[6] In August 2024, she announced that she was able to pay for her gender transition due to her online success.[9] Lebron stated in 2024 that watching content made by transgender social media influencers Gigi Gorgeous, La Demi, and Nikita Dragun helped her come out as transgender.[3]
