Kuvettu is a census town[1] in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[2][3] Administratively it is under Beltangadi taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka.[1][4]

Demographics
editAs of 2001[update] India census, Kuvettu had a population of 6,035 with 2,955 males and 3,080 females.[2]
As of 2011[update] census Kuvettu reported a total of 7,266 inhabitants.[1]
