This is a list of electricity-generating power stations in the U.S. state of Mississippi, sorted by type and name. In 2022, Mississippi had a total summer capacity of 14,724 MW through all of its power plants, and a net generation of 67,781 GWh.[2] In 2023, the electrical energy generation mix was 75.9% natural gas, 16% nuclear, 5.5% coal, 1.8% biomass, and 0.9% solar.[1]
