Nasirpur is a village in Shahkot in Jalandhar district of Punjab State, India. It is located 36 kilometres (22 mi) from Shahkot, 44 kilometres (27 mi) from Nakodar, 38 kilometres (24 mi) from the district headquarters Jalandhar and 196 kilometres (122 mi) from the state capital Chandigarh. The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is an elected representative of the village according to the Panchayati Raj, the system of governance in rural areas.
