editAs the entire route is electrified, a Santragachi Junction-based WAP-7 electric locomotive pulls the train up to Visakhapatnam, then a Erode or Lallaguda-based WAP-7 electric locomotive takes reverse direction and pulls the train up to Mangalore Central.[5]
