- 13 Reasons Why → ?
- Thirteen Reasons Why → ?
– I have already nominated two requested moves today, unrelated to this. That does not seem to be illegal, so I ahve gone forward with this. There does not seem to be an unwritten rule that says the TV series is spelt with 13 and the novel is spelt with Thirteen. Just doing this to figure out the consensus. 122.60.65.44 (talk) 00:44, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
- Support moves to Thirteen Reasons Why (TV series) and Thirteen Reasons Why (novel) per WP:CRITERIA. No good reason at all why the book and TV series aren't consistent when artwork and publicity are. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:29, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose A big problem here is that the WP:COMMONNAME for the TV series is actually "13 Reasons Why", plus that's how Netflix is referring to it in the promotional media and their press site, despite the fact it uses the stylized "Thirteen Reasons Why" in the title intro card. So the proposal In ictu oculi offered, while the easiest thing to do, wouldn't work. Something should definitely be done here, but I am not sure what really. If you were to move them as 13 Reasons Why → 13 Reasons Why (TV series) and Thirteen Reasons Why → Thirteen Reasons Why (novel), you wouldn't be able to have a consistent primary disambiguation title either (13 Reasons Why or Thirteen Reasons Why). So my stance is to keep the titles as it is right now because their hatnotes should be able to bring awareness to the readers of which way to go. Jovanmilic97 (talk) 09:46, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose It must be pointed out that the cover for the first edition of the novel spells Thirteen Reasons Why as Th1rteen R3asons Why. That is where Netflix got the idea to stylize the name like that in the first place. However, all references to the Netflix presentation, on Netflix' official sites and elsewhere, are to 13 Reasons Why. Not a rule, unwritten or otherwise, just simple fact. There is a clear demarcation between the two without having to add on which came from which media. Use of Template:About suffices for any disambiguation related to how they might sound alike. — Myk Streja (beep) 18:30, 10 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose I don't see any point in making it Thirteen Reasons Why (TV series) when 13 Reasons Why is a much cleaner way to distinguish between the novel and the TV show. Saimcheeda (talk) 02:22, 12 January 2021 (UTC)

Undue weight tag
edit@Joeyconnick: There was no discussion on said tag and I didn't think the tag was currently applicable to the page (the criticism as it stands is not undue and if someone were to try to "fix" it is there's the risk of creating a WP:FALSEBALANCE). So I removed it. I don't take issue with you reinstating the tag per se but if that's the only reason you reinstated it, I was hoping you'd reconsider why it was necessary to do so? What I did is not unheard of. Clovermoss🍀 (talk) 08:18, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
- Does anyone object to the tag being removed again? I'll leave this for a few days in case someone disagrees on the merits of the tag itself. Clovermoss🍀 (talk) 08:23, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
