After reviewing the article, I see nothing to hold this article back from GA status. It is well-written, well-referenced, and mentions something about all the tropical cyclones of the season. All the individual articles appear to be wikilinked, and all the dates are not, per recent changes to MOS. It makes wise use of convert templates. Its format does not match most of the season articles, but there's nothing wrong with a little variety. Good work! Thegreatdr (talk) 21:04, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
