Revert to standalone article
editI have reverted this article back to a standalone article per the discussion found in Talk:Arizona ballot propositions (2006) in anticipation of a proposed merge of that article to a more comprehensive List of Arizona Ballot Propositions. However, in doing so the text discussing this particular proposition would be lost and the most logical place to put it is back here on the proposition's own article. Please let me know if anyone finds this disagreeable. Arkyan 23:08, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
