"..marked their return to the Premier League for the first time since their relegation in the 2014–15 season." I can't see anything about when they last played in the Premier League in the body?
"A Forestieri shot two minutes later went wide before Hernández goes through on goal, one-on-one with Westwood, who made an excellent save to deny the opening goal." An off shift to present tense in the middle. Change "goes" to "went".
There are arguably quite a few false titles; "by Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood", "which former Leicester City player Steve Claridge", "by Hull goalkeeper Jakupović", "with midfielder Sam Clucas", "with goalscorer Diamé". This is such a common construction in sports journalism that I'm not too worried about it at GA, but I wouldn't be keen if this went onto an FA.
