- "2019 Austria Open,[a] was" odd comma.
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Sporthotel Alpina Alpendorf venue resort" or "Alpina, Wellness & Sporthotel"?
- It was written as both, but I've made it uniform. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Infobox date range needs no space (13 – 16 -> 13–16).
- Right you are. Twas an issue with the template - fixed Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "The final of the event " you've mentioned two different events since the last time you referred to the 2019 Austria Open...
- Sure, I'll be more specific. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Any reason we're not using St Johann im Pongau?
- for the title you mean? Sources aren't definative. The official title is "2019 Dynamic Billard St. Johann im Pongau Open", but most mentions just say the Austria Open. There's been lots of Austria Open events, and they used to always just be refered to as such. My judgement is that it's still the WP:COMMONNAME Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Well not the article title, but the title of the event. It does look a little odd now having the title in "English" above the infobox (reflecting, I guess, the poster) but nowhere else... perhaps we should stick with "St. Johann in Pongau Open" all over apart from in the article title! - Sure, I'll give it a change. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 20:29, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

- Jasmin Ouschan has no e in her first name. Check all...
- Yeah, I can't spell. Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "double elimination knockout tournament" hyphenate "double elimination". Plenty of these follow.
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Why isn't the "alternative break" format mentioned in ... the Format section??
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "24 pool tables" you would think it obvious they would use "pool" tables for the pool tournament!
- Yeah, it's implied. Fixed. Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "with specific matches" replace "specific" with "some", I guess what you're trying to say is that not all matches were on, but some were.
- Yeah, "select" is a good word, but probably not encyclopedic. Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- A couple of links (e.g. "previous year's final." and "2018" in the infobox) should go to 2018 Austria Open but go to 2018 Sankt Johann im Pongau Open instead.
- That's due to a page move Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Feijen then took advantage to lead 7–2." -> "Feijen then extended his advantage to lead 7–2."
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "won rack 12 to win" won/win, quick jarring repeat.
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Mark Gray " is a (snooker) player, not a (pool) player.
- Another page move. He's arguably a much more well known pool player, but being a pro snooker player trumps anything pool. Changed Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Several "win/won" and "lose/loser" which could use some creativity to avoid the repeats.
- I'll take some time and get these done - a lot of this is issues with "double elimination" brackets having a "loser's round", which causes all sorts of issues. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Done - I think I got them all Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:20, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

- "Kazakis lost..." -> "He lost" (you only just mentioned him by name...)
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Śniegocki is missing his diacritic.
- Do you have a way to search for these? Or do you go through manually? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Two round of 16 matches " round-of-16
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Breaking to remain in the match, Filler made an illegal break, handing the break..." how many breaks?
- Fixed. Used some liberal choice of words to mean something similar Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:03, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
Pausing for lunch. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 11:04, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Thanks to his victory, Kaç..." perhaps "As a result, Kaç..."?
- I agree Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:09, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "between 15 and 16 June" probably just "on 15 and 16 June" would work.
- Fine. Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:09, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "Jasmine" more "e" troubles.
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:09, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "lost the remaining racks and ultimately lost " lost lost...
- reword Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:09, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- "me. … " odd use of ellipsis here, perhaps "me ... My success" to indicate that the sentences didn't necessarily follow one another. We have MOS:ELLIPSIS for guidance!
- I don't use these often, thanks for the review. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:09, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Query: how were the matches for the double-elimination round decided? Random draw? Seeding?
- No idea. I'll check. I'd assume draw, but it could be seeding. Quire likely it's never been stated. The single elimination is pretty self explanitory. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:09, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Aparently it's a seeded thing (by looking through a few events), but I can't find a source that specifically says that. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 13:20, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- Okay, what about how they were drawn into the last 32? You mention the top two ranked players, is that world ranking or seedings for the tournament? The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 14:48, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- The draw for the last 32 was dependent on the draw from the double elimination round. There are "groups", with the champion of the winners bracket playing a champion of the loser's bracket. There were no seedings, but I believe some of the byes were given to players higher up the rankings. The two players mentioned were first and second on the Euro Tour rankings. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 20:29, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
- I've added something to the draw to explain. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 20:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

Okay, happy with this now, I made a final tweak relating to giving the women's championship its own section rather than a subsection of the men's, but otherwise good to go. I'll pass, on to the next! Which would you prefer? Drop me a line. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 14:25, 18 August 2019 (UTC)
