I've tagged this article as needing work to achieve a neutral point of view. While each fact might be verifiable, it is not neutral in form. The article should describe the provisions of the law and the potential implications they might have in context, but right now it is organized in a way that suggests the article supports a negative interpretation of the law with a laundry list of complaints.
