@OdNahlawi The drone attack on Binyamina is the one that caused at least 67 injuries.[1] Skitash (talk) 18:25, 13 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Skitash, Right, but I don't think its connected to the Zar'it base reports (currently based only on Hezbollah claims) OdNahlawi (talk) 18:28, 13 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Slanted lead

edit

Why are all mentions, even with qualifiers, of Hezbollah's claims of what they were targeting being removed from the lead, yet Israeli claims are left featured in it? The perpetrator of an attack's claimed motives and targets are all most always included in the leads of similar articles, as it is pretty foundational information about such events. I believe this leaves out much context and information currently known about this event that would be vital in a lead and may violate NPOV. A reader would be left with the impression that this attack was with no explanation or claimed reasoning, which is inaccurate. Even if it is a developing story, I cannot see reasoning for leaving this out of the lead. Mason7512 (talk) 20:56, 13 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Everything is wrong with the article. The location and coordinates are wrong. The press talking about this being "near Binyamina" are misleading when it's closer to larger towns. This looks to have happend quite a bit to the east at Golani Military Base. This very clearly hit a military installation, but the injured are referred to generally as "people" both here and in the media, gnerally. It is not for wikipedia to be disseminating propaganda or running security for anyone. Criticalthinker (talk) 07:58, 14 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Indeed .. the coordinates given are those of a winery! Nonsense. mfc (talk) 12:26, 14 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Still don't get why this is being described in proximity to Binyamina, which is nearly 7 miles west when the biggest town, Kafr Qara, is both the same size or larger AND is directly to the south of the Golani Brigade training base AND is more locally famous. It's not even in the Binyamina Local Council area; it's in the rural Menashe Regional Council area. Criticalthinker (talk) 12:08, 16 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
