Reference to Michael Been removed
editI removed the reference to Michael Been because the session players on 2nd Chapter albums are not really relevant to the article. There were a lot of great session players on 2nd Chapter albums who have had recording careers of their own, either at the time of subsequently, e.g., Phil Keaggy, Michael Omartian, Jay Graydon, David Hungate of Toto, Jim Gordon of Derek & the Dominos. The same could be said for a lot of records. Holford (talk) 22:07, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on 2nd Chapter of Acts. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}

Last Names
editSeems odd to have left out their parents surname, especially in light of the fact that the reader is presented with 3 different surnames for the group members. I could assume either Ward or Greisen, but the correct one should be identified in an encyclopedic article.THX1136 (talk) 21:56, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
- Herring and Greisen are married names. Their maiden name was Ward. Walter Görlitz (talk) 22:15, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you! In my reading of the article I missed the mention of their father's last name where it mentions the year of his death. My mistake entirely.THX1136 (talk) 18:42, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
Wholesale copy
editVirtually the entire text is taken verbatim from http://www.2ndchapterofacts.com/AboutUs.html. While that is certainly a valuable source, a straight copy is not really in keeping with the intent of Wikipedia. I don't have time at the moment to rebuild this article according to Wikipedia standards, but it would be a good project. ElrondPA (talk) 16:51, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
