Reference for the name?

Who decided it would be called like this? Is this really a thing? Is there a multi-governmental group caring for AH2? Or is it an invention by a bored Wikipedia editor? Actually Google does not seem to know AH2 apart from Wikipedia. Syced (talk) 08:54, 11 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
