editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to 2 external links on A Young Man's World. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://www.grabbys.com/a1.grab.00.cat.win.html

@Meters: I added the infobox when I created this article. Right now, I have second thoughts about the infobox. Honestly, I am uncertain or unconfident that it is effectively increasing readers' understandings of the topic itself, the... well, you get the idea. I figure that the readers will read either just the lead section or the whole article and already understand what the article is about already. Also, having a lesser-known names in the infobox... well... The "Cast" section is substantial enough, and only one actor's name is linked. Also, the lead section already mentions the names of the production company and distributor and the running time. I thought about re-removing it after you reverted my attempted removal months ago. I wonder whether a consensus is necessary. What do you think? --George Ho (talk) 20:20, 14 July 2017 (UTC)
- I don't see any reason to remove it. It's a useful summary of the basic info, just as all info boxes are. Rather than reading the entire article looking for information that may or may not be in the prose it's easier to just look at an infobox summary. Meters (talk) 20:51, 14 July 2017 (UTC)
- After long thought, if the infobox makes readers of this article happy, then... I'll leave the infobox alone and drop the matter for now. Of course, someone else would disagree and say otherwise, but... I'll still leave it alone just for readers. Nevertheless, best not to treat it as precedent to other related articles. --George Ho (talk) 19:43, 21 July 2017 (UTC)
- I don't think that I've ever heard of removing an infobox from an article, unless maybe the info contained in it was completely bogus. Guy1890 (talk) 07:20, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
- Added the infobox here for display, Guy1890. --George Ho (talk) 07:45, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
- There are some individual articles where people have tried to argue that for some special reason unique to that particular topic, an infobox was somehow uniquely not useful there for reasons different than its usefulness on other comparable topics (see e.g. Talk:Stanley Kubrick). So no, "infobox not needed" certainly isn't a common argument, but it's not an unprecedented one either. Bearcat (talk) 16:49, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
