It's very strange to remove reference to his local government changes which have been much criticised. It's very, very strange to remove references to him being re-elected. Yes, I saw you make that criticism before but it's not clear to me what you say is puffery and what is you say a violation of WP:BLP. If you're more specific, I'll probably agree with you but it's not easy to read minds. (I have tried once or twice but sadly without success.)
