Guantanamo captives

edit

Several of the survivors were sent to Guantanamo. Their accounts are consistent with the description in the article.

So, would these confirming accounts be useful, if cited here? -- Geo Swan 13:38, 25 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Original research

edit

Comparison with the reaction to another Doran documentary appears to be original research. Any editor wishing to re-add it needs to find a critique of Doran's work as a whole, or at least covering this and another example. Nick Cooper (talk) 13:12, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

You are right, that belongs at Jamie Doran not here. Thx, RetroS1mone talk 22:31, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
Also the material from Newsweek and Guardian does not say Afghan Massacre - the Convoy of Death or talk about Jamie Doran so that is also original research, saying this is about the same thing or the same film. I took it out. Any editor wishing to re-add it should have reliable sources specificly link Afghan Massacre the convoy of death and real incidents in Afghanistan. I am finding blogs that talk about this film but I do not know it is really notable, any way why do some blogs say it is about Mazar-i-Sharif and some say it is about Kunduz, was the film maker confused and thought they were the same place? RetroS1mone talk 03:19, 29 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Is the title of the article correct?

edit

Should the title of this article be written as "Afghan Massacre: Convoy of Death"? Should there be a hypen or colon? What about the word "the" in the title? How do we correct this?118.4.190.177 (talk) 01:42, 11 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Democracy Now!

edit

Does anyone know if the Democracy Now! broadcast included pictures anywhere in the US? Finnegan says it was only a radio broadcast, but Democracy Now! is also broadcast on some TV channels. Do they only broadcast the audio as well? And what was it like in 2003? JN466 23:14, 30 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
