editThis page needs some serious revamping. Theyr'e one of the names one thinks of when one thinks of early hardcore and yet the info here is limited. It's hard to read. I don't know enough about the band to contribute, but someone ought to fix this!--Reverend Distopia 21:00, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
Whats needed
edit- First, it seems their genre in debate (on August 2, crossover was switched to Old/New school hardcore).
- The band infobox needs serious work, I know that Epitaph has not been their only label, so someone with more knowledge needs to add their other labels.
- We also need a picture
- We need any positions they have held on Billboard, with someone working on the discography for them.
- The article itself is kinda cluttered, and we need to streamline it and introduce headlines.
Farmsfield, Notts?
editWhat the hell? I always thought that Agnostic Front was from New York. I saw an interview on YouTube and they sounded as if they were native to the United States. Where does this whole England thing fit in? --Nishad (talk) 20:33, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
United Blood (EP)
editThe link at the discography labeled United Blood (EP) redirects to the Last Warning album. The same happens when you try to click on it using the chronology. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.165.1.181 (talk) 14:26, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
It makes no sense
editI don't know if it's just me, but the third sentence of the first paragraph makes no sense. It states "Despite being an important band in the hardcore punk genre, as well as being one of the early pioneers of the crossover thrash genre as well."
Maybe it's the use of "despite", which to me means there should be a contradiction, such as "Despite running the 'Just say no' campaign, Nancy Reagan was a closet heroin addict*.' (*I made that up to prove the point here.)
The use of "as well" twice doesn't help as much as the author might have thought that it would either.
Perhaps the sentence should read "In addition to being an important band in the hardcore punk genre, Agnostic Front was one of the early pioneers of the crossover thrash genre as well." FiggazWithAttitude (talk) 16:43, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
- It appears that someone fixed it already - thanks, that was quick work and it looks good! FiggazWithAttitude (talk) 17:51, 27 June 2019 (UTC)
