I see a previous page had been deleted, but as the director of a lab at a major Canadian University with a range of press interviews and collaborative work on policy, I feel that Dr. Moon's "research has had a significant impact in their scholarly discipline" of AI ethics research, and directorship of the lab could be read as equivalent to a chair position.
