Height
editAt the end of the day, 6'1" is her actual height which has been well documented, and 5'11"/5'10.5" is what the agencies would have you believe. I say go with the actual height. If we were to go by all agency's stated heights for models, that would make Kate Moss 5'8" and Alice 5'10.5" - a difference of 2.5 inches, when in reality, 7 inches separates the two, as Kate Moss is no more than 5'6". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.154.158.238 (talk) 15:46, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
It's funny how every time I come onto this page her height is different. Sometimes 5ft 10in, 5ft 10 1/2in, 5ft 11ins, 5ft 11 1/2ins but never 6ft 1in which is what she actually is. If this is something her management think is going to make her look better then they are sadly mistaken because nobody likes being LIED to. Get over yourselves and put her correct height on. --SAS87 (talk) 21:24, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
- This has been a minor issue recently. I cited Priscillas Model Management, who describe Burdeu as 5 ft 10.5 in, or 179 cm, but then an IP editor cited a YouTube clip of Australia's Next Top Model, which claims she is 6 ft 1 in, or 181 cm. However, 6 ft 1 in does not convert to 181 cm (it is 185 cm). As a compromise, especially since she is an Australian person on an Australian television program (using the ANTM source), and Australia uses the metric system of measurement, I've used the metric 181 cm from the source, which converts to 5 ft 11½ in. In any case, the difference is very minor – 2 or 4 cm – and a the height of a person can vary depending many factors, including the time of day when they are measured. No one is being "LIED to". Citing Model statistics from agency cards is notoriously inaccurate as they are known to lie. Since this page cannot be edited without her management checking up on it, I assumed they were fiddling it so she appeared shorter as being as tall as 6ft 1in can hinder a models career. Also Alice was widely unpopular in the show I thought that bringing down her height could have been an attempt to make her seem more 'average'. 4cm can be the difference between having a modelling career and not having a modelling career. There is no point in having a height measurement if it is inaccurate so when I saw that the height was changing from one day to the next I assumed foul play. --SAS87 (talk) 11:17, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

editI changed it back to 6'1". This is what was claimed during the show and believe it or not, in metric Australia we still commonly refer to our heights in feet and inches. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.44.109.217 (talk) 14:20, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- Burdeu is 1.81 m (5 ft 11+1⁄2 in) as previously discussed and cited (the citation being the show). SEO75 [talk] 22:55, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
She got measured on episode 2 of the show. 185cm. Watch the episode, its clearly visible. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.44.7.51 (talk) 13:09, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
- The cited reference is a clip of the show where she is measured as 181cm. I've watched it (the clip and the show), and cited it, and references is what Wikipedia needs. SEO75 [talk] 01:05, 27 October 2008 (UTC)
April 2009
editShe is 6'1" (185cm) - if you go to episode 2 of Australia's Next Top Model Cycle 3, she is measured barefoot at 185cm. It's typical for model agencies to drop a female model an inch or two in height if they are that tall. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.7.232.130 (talk) 22:39, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
- Again (as per above), anything we can cite? Until then, the very first episode of the show is used as the cited source. SEO75 [talk] 04:22, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
