This article is about three murders, not a court case

edit

@Milo8505: This article is about a triple murder. It is not just about the subsequent court case that arose from the crime. When writing about murder on the English Wikipedia, articles should be named for the events they are about, not the court cases that arises from these criminal events. The Manual of Style also points out that the titles for legal cases should generally follow the naming conventions for case citations in the jurisdiction concerned, unless there is a more recognizable name. Generally, those titles do not include the word "case", and, besides, with three separate people on trial, there are three cases, not one. This article should be named for what it is about. The "Almería murders". - Cameron Dewe (talk) 10:25, 19 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

You're welcome. I have performed the move and I have changed a bit the opening to better reflect the new title. Feel free to make any improvements you see fit. Thanks. Milo8505 (talk) 10:50, 19 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
