Origin of the Song
editI could uncover a part of history of the song. Here it is:
Big text
Pundit Kamala Kanta Bhattacharya (1769-1821) was an important associate and a member of advisory of King Tej Chandra of Bardhaman. He composed this song and used to perform before the king. Ot is assumed that the composer himself had composed the tune of the song. Later, Gramophone company 'His Master's Voice (HMV)' first released the song sang by Panna Lala Bhattacharya. Though I could not find the release date of the song. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Md. Rakibur Rahman (talk • contribs) 07:52, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
