Coming back
editthe below link confuses "American Chopper" with "Orange County Choppers" right in the beginning, suggesting the show's name was "Orange County Choppers" all along. at the end of the article, it says "Orange County Choppers" will be shown on CMT on Sundays.

The Appeal of the show/Blue collar work
editThis section is highly POV and somewhat insulting toward working-class people. I think this paragraph needs to be re-written totally or eliminated. For one, to call them "manual laborers" is highly inaccurate. --rogerd 03:43, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
- Changed focus of the section. It basically said "they do stuff together outside of work," so I removed all the POV content and renamed the section. Wavy G 01:40, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, I was hoping someone else would chime in and re-do that section. I couldn't think of a way to re-phrase it, but your edits helped. --rogerd 05:46, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
Need citations
editIn criticism, and production, more detail and citations are needed. --Lexein 03:44, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
Image
editI moved the image of some of the crew with the Brazilian president to the right of the page as it was in the way of the contents box, i also resized the thumbnail from 280px to 250px to match the one with Mikey and Vinnie. Davek92 (talk) 04:24, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
- And I moved it back to eliminate that large blank area after the lead. If you can find a better way to improve the layout, I'm all for it, but that empty area was just too large.----Asher196 (talk) 05:06, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
Music Video, 'Rockstar'
editIn the Music Video 'Rockstar' by Nickelback, there were three clips of American Chopper, is it worth mentioning here? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.45.134.188 (talk) 23:38, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
Michael Teutal's Section
editAlthough this section is helpful in understanding Mikey's real involvement in the American Chopper show, and his down-play of his intelligence. Much of it's information should be moved to his biographical page, which barely mentions any of the information that's within this paragraph. I'm going to shorten the paragraph to be more concise about his role specifically within the show, and add all that information to the biographical page. If anyone has a problem with that, please add back, or revert the information.Brendan OhUiginn (talk) 07:02, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
- I find this whole section very, very hard to believe, "Mikey worked on and completed his M.B.A. and eventually Ph.D. from Harvard. He also has a 2nd Ph.D. from Yale".
- With all due respect to Mikey, I don't think this is true. At the age of 30 I doubt he could have done an MBA and 2 Ph.Ds.
- I am tagging the section for now and I think it should be removed altogether. FFMG (talk) 13:19, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
Just wondering what Vinnie is up to these days? I enjoyed watching him while he was on the show. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.51.31.211 (talk) 22:07, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

training
editIn one episode Senior mentions that he does weight training with an oxygen cylinder. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.138.47.12 (talk) 07:29, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
Neilsen Ratings
editI am curious to know what their Neilsen Ratings are for American Chopper. I have liked their show for many years...and I actually fell off keeping up with the show and didn't even realize that there had been a split between Paul Sr and Paul Jr. I am still in shock to this after having now known about it perhaps 24 hours. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AbdulHakeem1 (talk • contribs) 15:01, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
Merger proposal

I am proposing a merger to integrate the article American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior into this article. The reason being is that the source page's content is somewhat too small for it to be on it's own. I also feel that the show American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior is a continuation of the original American Chopper. The fact that in the fourth season of S vs J, the show dropped the Senior vs. Junior title and that some TV listings list it as a continuation of the series (i.e. Season 1 of S vs J is Season 7, Season 2 is 8, etc.) gives reasons why these two articles should be merged. - I agree. It is all one program when you get right down to it. Vjmlhds 21:57, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- Support. AC:Sr. v Jr. is merely a stub article with an episode list and should be merged with the main. Plus, in Season 4, it went back to being AC. — WylieCoyote 21:24, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- 'Support. Now that it is finished I think it is best presented as one whole article. -- 109.77.175.76 (talk) 17:58, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
The contents of the American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior page were merged into American Chopper on 12 July 2016. For the contribution history and old versions of the redirected page, please see its history; for the discussion at that location, see its talk page. |

Revival not yet factored
