Hi Muboshgu -- thanks for starting this draft! I discovered it when I was about to create the article from the redirect. I just added some more info from The Washington Post. I think now that she has won the primary and has articles about her in national news outlets, this is probably ready for the mainspace. Do you plan to move it there? I'm happy to, also. -- Cloud atlas (talk) 03:47, 8 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
I would hold off for right now. I would rather the draft be stronger. Unelected candidates get alot of scrutiny. Most of the coverage is about the campaign and some could be seen as more about her husband. I'll look to see what more comes out by tomorrow. – Muboshgu (talk) 04:28, 8 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Honestly, looks good to go to me. Articles don't have to be perfect. The only asterisk: does the family live in Absecon, or in Brigantine? Sources seem split on that. SnowFire (talk) 12:26, 8 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Robert McClenon: I would urge you to re-consider your AFC decision. While you wait, note that Amy Savell Kennedy was already independently created, and this article could potentially be merged into it. Ms. Kennedy meets GNG even if she isn't elected in Fall, she's already a notable challenger judging by source reception - which, to be sure, is affected by the celebrity of the Kennedy name, but notability doesn't judge that. Beating the Norcross machine + famous name was national news. SnowFire (talk) 22:29, 8 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
Clearly the sleeper's article should not exist. Whether or not this one should exist in mainspace yet.... debatable. I might just move it in and let someone nominate it for deletion if they wish. – Muboshgu (talk) 23:21, 8 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
