Hello sir.,I have already created a page Named "Andhra Pradesh (AP) Express".please keep this page as old form of Andhra pradesh express and change the name to Telangana Express as there is no page to train running from hyderabad.more over this train has no stop at pundharna.so please change the name as Telangana express and edit it from hyderabad Thank you Madan kumar 007 (talk) 08:41, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

Hi, @Madan kumar 007: this news says that earlier train was from Delhi to Hyderabad, but this article shows this train is upto Vishakhapattanam. Can you clear it? We should move this page to Telangana Express but we should be clear about it. --Human3015^{Send WikiLove}  11:54, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

@Vin09: I think here is not question of consensus, it can be a clear fact, we must move this page if fact is clear, government news service saying that name of this train has been changed and new train has been started. No, the news does not say that the name of the train has been changed, it says it will be changed.
"New Delhi-Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh Express will be renamed as New Delhi-Hyderabad Telangana Express w.e.f. 15.11.2015."
So the existing name remains until 15 November, when it will become the Telangana Express, so we need to keep this article under its current name until 14 November 2015. - Arjayay (talk) 12:08, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

The new page Andhra_Pradesh_(AP)_Express should be named properly without AP in brackets to Andhra Pradesh Express (new). As National Highways pages were named like National Highway 56 (India)(old numbering).--Vin09 (talk) 12:21, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

Well, well. Why is there a duplicate article named Telangana Express? What are we going to do when the HYD-DEL AP express will start operating as Telangana Express? Which article is going to be deleted? What is going to happen to all the history of this article? The article on Telangana Express was moved to Secunderabad Sirpur Kaghaznagar Telangana Express, but the content restored in Telangana Express article was that of the HYD-DEL AP express, strangely though the infobox of Telangana Express was pertaining to Secunderabad Sirpur Kaghaznagar Telangana Express. For now, given that Telangana Express largely refers to the HYD-DEL AP express which this article is about, I have redirected Telangana Express to this article. — LeoFrank  ^Talk 18:22, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

IMO we should have new article for AP express after we move the current article to Telangana Express, so that we can preserve history. Since AP express is new train, we should have fresh article and history for it. Renaming the current article is correct thing to do. Andhra Pradesh (AP) Express already exists, so, we can move it to "Andhra Pradesh Express" after we move current article to "Telangana Express". Supdiop (Talk🔹Contribs) 19:25, 12 August 2015 (UTC)

Agree. Renaming this article is the right thing. Changing the content of this article to suit the train that runs from Visakhapatnam to Delhi is absolutely wrong given that the history of this article has to be retained. But the renaming of this article can take place only when there is an official change in the name of the train which is effective in November this year. Until then, it should remain in the current name and the new AP express should be renamed to a better name to avoid confusion. — LeoFrank  ^Talk 04:56, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
