How does she pronounce her surname?

edit

Given that she's a Spanish-speaker with a name that is, at best, awkward to pronounce in Spanish, how is her surname pronounced? Spanish pronunciation: [tiˈʒo]? - Jmabel | Talk 22:30, 6 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

File:Ana Tijoux.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

edit

What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

currently

edit

In the header: She is currently promoting her second solo album, 1977.
Considering it is not even her latest album anymore, probably that sentence should be removed. 85.217.23.230 (talk) 00:44, 5 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Also somewhat currently, she was nominated for a Grammy. I'm not sure where to put that info. Franknarf11 (talk) 12:46, 14 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Needs updating

edit

Perhaps someone, who is more fluent in Spanish than I, would update this article from its Spanish-language counterpart. Note that even the Spanish-language version lacks Tijoux's most current work, such as her "Roja y Negro: Canciones de Amor y Desamor" project - see https://www.facebook.com/anitatijoux , http://www.oldtownschool.org/concerts/2018/02-19-2018-ana-tijoux/ . About her Grammy

edit

In the article she is said to only be nominated, but somebody put this article in the categories Grammy Award winners and Latin Grammy Award winners? Are these categories correct? Bluetpp (talk) 12:15, 15 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
