Comments:

• Not sure about "largely" positive, as only three reviews are quoted and the wording is tetering on POV
• Explain that Nancy is Dave's wife
• Explain who Mulder and Scully are in the plot (e.g. FBI speical agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully...)
• Watch contractions: isn't, doesn't
• Is there a wikilink for HOA? Homeowners' association, I assume?
• "The creature attacks Gogolak and, as he dies, the it disintegrates into dirt." Remove bolded word
• Link Daniel Arkin in the production section
• What are "CC and Rs"? (Or is there at least a link for it?)
• "He explained that, "they..." No comma after "that"
• Refs 6 and 7 need publishing dates.
