Fraud company
editPlease do not invest or buy a home with Artha . I am facing very painful experiences and they delayed the procession and building the property for more than 8 years. NRI people please be careful and they will give many marketing offers but all are scams . You will end up paying more and loosing more.
Neo homes one of the Frauds:
editDrastic delay in project, incomplete as per base plan, defaulter of terms & conditions of Agreement, denying payment of EMIs, over this imposing additional tax, maintenance, interest charges from investor. Worst builder to deal with. Customer is forced to deal only with CRM (poor knowledge about the project) who doesn't have any authority to take decisions; denial for providing higher officials contact details. 202.140.37.111 (talk) 11:36, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
INCOMPLETE PROJECT
editAfter so much delay in project activities, last sept onwards investors are asked to take pocession. Whereas it was noticed that whole project was not developed as per intial project plan which was shown whilst booking/agreement.Quality of construction is very bad, no proper finishing works; looks like project done by any unprofessional civil contractor, similar to govt projects.
