Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta → The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) – APEGGA's (the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta) name was changed by legislation to APEGA (the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta) in spring of 2012. The legislation is cited within the article, with its new name.APEGA AB (talk) 21:39, 31 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Support move, but to Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta without The (per WP:THE) and without the parenthetical disambiguator (which is unnecessary) per the organization's Web site. NPOV

This has quite a bias to it. As such, I have added a NPOV template to it, although maybe the "Advertisement" template may suit it better. Here's what I mean by NPOV:

Since its inception in 1920, The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) has been serving the public interest by regulating the practices of professional engineering and geoscience in Alberta. Professional Engineers and Professional Geoscientists contribute significantly to Alberta's economic success and the enhanced quality of life enjoyed by all Albertans.
