Speedy deletion
editWhy this article should not be speedily deleted:
I think it speaks for itself. The Atlanta Baroque Orchestra has been in continuous operation since 1998 and it is one of the leading orchestras in the Southeastern United States that specializes in Baroque music.
The article does not pertain to any kind of musical recording. It is about an orchestra that performs live.
I have already provided one published external reference and I will research and provide others.
Similar symphony orchestra groups of similar stature in Atlanta and Georgia already have existing Wikipedia articles that have been accepted. These include the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the New Trinity Baroque. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wheatwilliams (talk • contribs) 20:48, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

- The editors have assured me that this article is no longer "marked for speedy deletion".
- I have contacted Atlanta Baroque Orchesta members who have scrapbooks of published articles and concert reviews from nationally recognized newspapers and magazines, chiefly the Atlanta Journal Constitution, going back to 1998. I will be adding numerous bibliographical references soon.Wheat Williams 16:53, 16 November 2010 (UTC)

Notable instruments
editNotable instruments in infoboxes refer to a particular notable individual instrument, e.g. Duport Stradivarius, Queen Mary Harp, Kreisler Bergonzi, not just the generic types of instruments the orchestra uses. Voceditenore (talk) 17:59, 19 November 2010 (UTC) Where are the guidelines on what goes into infoboxes with regard to musical groups?--Wheat Williams 01:47, 21 November 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wheatwilliams (talk • contribs)
