Federal minister without portfolio
edit@Saqib and Masterpha: federal minister (without portfolio) is clearly an office and the officeholder have a salary and participate to the council of ministers. --Panam2014 (talk) 13:12, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
- I was about to left a message on your talk page. Being a member of the cabinet (without portfolio) is certainly a position but I don't think it's inclusion in the infobox is suitable. I don't think it will set a good precedent. We may mention it in some bios where there's no other office. --Saqib (talk) 13:18, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Saqib: I disagree. Federal minister without portfolio is still a minister and I have seen many articles about UK ministers without portfolios. There is also a precedent, so how are we going to set a bad one? Examples include: Brandon Lewis, Robert Halfon and Grant Shapps. маsтегрнатаLк 13:29, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Saqib: 25 September was a mistake. It was the date of the article. Also, thank you for adding the true date. For the end date, it is the date when a portfolio have been allowed to him. --Panam2014 (talk) 13:33, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
- OK lets re-add it since now we've accurate term dates. --Saqib (talk) 13:34, 23 August 2018 (UTC)
